Women leaders urged to embrace digital leadership skills

This call comes as Tanzania’s digital economy is projected to reach $10 billion by 2025, with women playing a crucial role in its growth. The call for digital leadership was made by the Tanzania Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme (TWEP), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs in Tanzania. TWEP believes that women leaders are essential for driving innovation and creating a more inclusive digital economy.

Digital technologies have also revolutionized education, making it more accessible and engaging. Furthermore, digital technologies have transformed healthcare, enabling remote consultations and telemedicine, and improving patient care through data analysis.
